Discovering a city in Eastern Europe through its artists is the idea of ​​this multicultural festival, which takes place in the Latin Quarter of Paris. Kiyv is in the spotlight of this second edition, sponsored by the writer Andrey Kurkov (The Penguin).

Thirty events can be attended, including a performance by the cabaret freaks Dakh Daughters (November 15, 8pm) and a night of support for the imprisoned filmmaker Oleg Sentsov – amongst others, Romain Goupil, Andrei Kurkov and the philosopher Volodymyr Yermolenko will discuss freedom of expression (November 20, 8pm).

Furthermore there are exhibitions, a creative workshop for 9-14 year olds (18 November, 3pm) and two film concerts in the cinema Christine 21, that accompany films by Alexandre Dovjenko (17 and 18 November, 8:30pm).
